Phoebe Howe
Phoebe Howe co-coordinates Efficiency Vermont’s ZEM (Zero Energy Modular) initiative and several other projects to promote healthy homes and high performance construction. Phoebe is passionate about supporting affordable housing organizations, builders, and Vermonters of all incomes in their quest for the healthiest, most affordable, and most resilient home possible. Prior to joining Efficiency Vermont, Phoebe received an architecture and environmental studies education from Middlebury College and the Yestermorrow Design/Build School.
